This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover information you provide to us outside the Site, such as through direct correspondence, contracts, or project engagements.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Informational interview requests. Our Careers page includes a form for requesting an informational interview. When you submit it, we collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the contents of your message.

Correspondence. If you email us at the addresses published on the Site, or telephone us, we retain that correspondence and any information it contains.

Job applications are handled separately. Open positions are listed and submitted through a third-party applicant tracking system hosted at apply.tippingstructural.com. That system is operated by a separate provider and is not covered by this policy. Information you submit there, which may include your resume, work history, and any voluntary demographic information the system requests, is governed by that provider’s own privacy terms. Review those terms before applying.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage and device information. When you visit the Site, our analytics tools may collect information about your device and how you use the Site, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function. Others are used only with your consent.

For a complete, automatically updated list of the cookies used on this Site, including their purpose, provider, and storage duration, see our Cookie Policy.

Security and anti-spam. We use bot detection and security services to protect the Site and our forms from abuse. These services may process your IP address and interaction data to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic.
